  1. I'm the same! I love journaling but need prompts. There are a lot on tik toks that have great prompts! I feel like even journaling with a prompt is helpful for my mental health and opens up conversations with myself i didn't know i needed to have

  4. If you’re interested, I highly recommend checking out the Feeling Great book by Dr. David D. Burns and doing all the written exercises. Sounds simple, but probably the most life changing material in depression and anxiety that I’ve ever seen. I also personally went through the book and completed all excersies this summer and had incredible improvements. Also regarding meditations I’ve found Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations like 100x more powerful than any other type of meditations. 🙂 Plus I’ve found improving sleep quality super essential, getting consistently 85-90 Oura ring scores and at least 1.5-2 hours of REM sleep makes a day and night difference during the day.

  5. An interesting statistic i recently read is that a lot of people drink coffee to relax. Contradictory with the caffeine in it but it seems to have a soothing feel that relaxes people..
