  1. I like the distinction that was made here re the difference between creating a calming feeling and getting high. Falling asleep is hard after a stressful day, so it makes sense that staying calm for an extended period means less stress overall, in terms of the percentage of your day. Or maybe staying calm helps us deal with the stressors more efficiently. Either way, the calmness seems to the be the goal of the cbd. I appreciate the new perspective on the topic of better sleep, that it's something you have to work on throughout the day, not just shortly before bed or even a couple of hours before–that we should be mindful of the goal of calmness pretty much from the time we wake up. Great stuff.
