If it’s a billion dollar industry with 800 million in taxes revenue how in god name is it not in the budget?! All you politicians do is find more and more ways to turn our rights into privileges and tax us on them. Something is smelling like BS here!
Cut out this racist b.s. and just legalize it already.
Sucks

Legal or not I'll never become a smoker
If they push to legalize. They should strip all tobacco products and all tobacco products should be made illegal. That includes cigar wraps made with tobacco. Cigar wraps should be made with hemp. No more damage. No more. Tired of watching people with cancer die. For the cigarettes smokers should have reggies sold for regular cigarettes prices and highgrades with higher thc sold and taxed as planned so if smokers want to smoke, it wouldn't be as deadly.
That's now done ! Brownies and circuses, people, if they did it, it is because they know it is not in your best interest, whereas you don't !
New York: the shittiest place to live
That’s fine we are all going through ptsd we all need a healing USA 🇺🇸 🙏🏻🙏🏽
I think we are ready to cut the medical riff raff in Oregon and legalize two pounds to everyone even purchased from a shop AT ONCE. I cannot even find anywhere to put accidental excess legally either still.WORKING HARD though.
If marijuana becomes legal in New York it’s going to change the state completely in a good way
Good idea stop putting a billion dollars in the cartel pockets every year and in tax dollars to rebuild our communities…. the same million or ten million pot smokers are gonna smoke it legal or illegal but at least we could donate the money to save lives from cancer and other problems instead of helping another cartel boss buy his 20th brand new full gold sink in Mexico….. marijuana good, bad, ugly… not the vote right now the vote was for cartels or against cartels…. baby steps people baby steps….. vote no to legalization then you've hosted voted yes to the cartels who now continue with extra money with their hard drugs as well….
Stalling doesn't help there 2 many people in that city hope alot of them smoke weed the people where it's legal would just b alot nicer than other places Im betting
boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
JEFF IS BAKED 😂😂😂😂😂
LEGALIZE THE LEAF!!!
Look up the stats most states who pushed for rec only hadminor increases in profit. Not at all what they say. In colorado it only makes up 3% of total income
Cuomo is a total hypocrite.
The only reason he is advocating for legalization is for money he can put into his patronage coffers.
If it is legalized the money belongs to the taxpayers of this state.
There is absolutely no mention of taxes being lowered for property owners.
What about using the money to pay down debt?
No mention of that.
I believe the reason he has moved on from this for now is because he has been called out on it.
They probably still got communists sitting in New York 😂
🙄🙄🙄🙄
If cannabis is legalized, big pharma takes a blow. This is why politicians fight it tooth and nail.
The majority of America wants it legalized. It needs to be done.
They just want to tease New Yorkers. LEGALIZE IT!!!
yo just legalize it. at least they dont take it serious cause my mom called the cops chase me and my friends was smoking and then they just left so
while special interests fight over tax revenue, thousands rot in jail
They mad
America is not so free after all how funny is this, you can’t even grow a bush in your house .
Once it’s legalized we don’t got to worry bout laced weed
For so many years especially since the passing of the 94 crime bill so many black and brown people have been sent to Jail because they were selling weed. They better get their money
