Io ho provato per un breve periodo l'assunzione di cannabis light (fumandola) e l'effetto é stato incredibile. Ero in un periodo di stress e assumere del CBD mi ha assolutamente aiutato a rilassarmi. Consiglio assolutamente.

Sinceramente è come avere un paio di scarpe con cui non puoi camminare. Non serve a una mazza il CBD senza THC. Casomai è tutto l'esatto contrario, più THC ha e più rilassa. Il CBD è un integratore ansiolitico leggero che non ha nulla a che vedere con il rilassamento. Qui in Italia si è sempre inventori dell'impossibile come fare queste cappellate enormi di fare la cannabis light, era meglio che non facevano nulla e che non la producevano. Siamo il paese più ignorante d'Europa e quindi è comprensibile tutto questo, perciò l'unico modo per non prendere ingiro se stessi è andare solo dove è legale e godersi tutto seriamente e concretamente. Non sarà magari in questi anni ma prima o poi la cannabis è destinata a essere legale in tutto il mondo, perché le uniche prove che si hanno sono solo positive da parte di tutti. Il tabacco e alcol sono le sostanze che fanno più morti al mondo eppure sono perfettamente legali nonostante la scienza dimostra che sono sostanze pericolosissime. È tutta una questione di soldi e non di morale, a Amsterdam questo lo sanno molto bene. 👍

Vabbè il CBD ha effetti rilassanti, l’effetto psicotropo è dato dal THC che non può essere superiore a 0,2% della concentrazione per legge: il CBD è utile per rilassarsi e dormire meglio, ma credo che anche una buona camomilla con lavanda e valeriana o qualcosa del genere aiuti ugualmente.
Io vorrei prendere il liquido cbd da fumare con la siga elettronica, oppure è meglio le gocce sublinguinale? Soffro di insonnia e forte stress, dopo a fatica 2 ore a notte. Cosa consigliate?

io l'olio di cbd lo uso per migliorare ka qualità del sonno io uso diluizione al 3% eni perette anche di usarlo al mattino per mntrnere un certo equilibrio .. lo trovo ottimo
