Ocheyedan man cited for marijuana, pipe | News

OCHEYEDAN—A 56-year-old Ocheyedan man was cited about 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The citing of Richard Charles Feyers stemmed from a call for medical assistance at his residence at 1160 Oak St., according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy was made aware of possible marijuana in the garage. Feyers consented to a search of the garage and the deputy located a pill bottle with marijuana, a plastic bag with marijuana and a pipe, according to the incident report.
