I think weed is good in moderation but either way it’s a drug it’s messed up. It doesn’t help PTSD
I was diagnosed with BPD, but my symptoms have always lined up very closely with CPTSD. I use weed everyday because I realize it helps me forget about my stressful memories. When I'm completely sober, I ruminate for hours on the same thoughts of my past in a way that goes nowhere. Marijuana is an addiction but it's always been the healthiest way for me to cope and continue life in a way that feels healthy. Instead of sitting in one spot for hours thinking about the same thing over and over and over and over and over- when I smoke I actually snap out of it, get up and get along with my day. Unlike alcohol, if I smoke too much I just drink some water and the intensity goes away in 5 mins. Alcohol makes everything worse, keep drinking and you end up dizzy and vomiting and bed bound. Mary Jane has truly been such a good friend 💚 Never made me sick and always makes me laugh.
This needs a trigger warning ⛔️…holy shit..
by the time I got to where you actually talk about cannabis 2:41 I realized I was rocking back and- forget it.. I feel like the music intensified things also, like someone else mentioned.

A man with ptsd must ask, why is cancer causing liver destroying pills an approved form of “medicine” and cannabis oil is not? Please explain
Medical Cannabis and a Good Diet are a medical necessity for all those of us who have been innocently and ignorantly consuming such hard to avoid Mitochondrial Poisonous Polyunsaturated Vegetable Oils in our diets and got one or more of many more modern thus Metabolically Caused Diseases and CANCERS. These barely existed before about 1900 when industrially manufactured Vegetable Seed Oils and foods started becoming available. You need to exclude all manufactured snacks, takeaways, restaurant fried and manufactured foods to avoid all these vegetable oils. The ideal solution for ultimate healthy longevity is to go fully VEGAN and take Cannabis Supplementation to boost your damaged Endocannabinoid System until you are better (maybe 2 years or so) while getting all vegetable seed extract, typical industrially refined cooking oils out of your diet. You can certainly use some polysaturated animal food-based oil/fat as in all animal products if you are not quite so ill or worried about living as long and remaining perfectly healthy. Best luck from your optimally self reeducated and friendly family GP Dr David who wants to see you be actually cured of all the modern diseases that are definitely so dietary-based in origin. I use Cannabis and suffer from PTSD complex. I had no idea there was a system about it related to marijuana, but yes, the truth is it helps and it's more natural than you think. It's healthy.
I smoked pot heavily for most of l my life, but after suffering a life-changing traumatic experience that left me with ongoing PTSD .., I found for the first three years+ after the trauma, I couldn't smoke pot as it severely re-hashed bad memories.
Now I can only smoke it once or twice a month max, and only mildly and only in partying group situations when surrounded by friends.
At first it made it worse. One toke is all it would take for me to be in a fetal position In my room. But now it helps lol I don’t think about the event that occurred or doing anything to the people responsible
I would day help it keeps me more normal and alot less jumpy
Helps me deal with my shitty life 👍💯
It is really cannabis….
I'm a minute in, and im weirded out by the sensationalizing of ptsd. Its not that weird or spooky lol why is this editted like a horror movie
am going to start eating weed
Best medicine I’ve ever had. Half my life was a literal hell.
Marijuana reverse my PTSD
What's funny is I got PTSD from weed.
Everyone reacts differently.
Its all in your head
If you only investigate THC, you are typically investigating illegal cannabis, since legal cannabis will also include products with high levels of CBD and hopefully other cannabinoids. Cannabis has at least 200 active components and THC is just one (but has been the dominant since cannabis was made illegal in the US in 1937 and in the UN in 1961 and all medical research of cannabis pretty much ended or got the lowest priority worldwide).
I'm done with cannabis. It helped me cope for years, but never gave any 'real' resolution. It's a false goddess making things better on the surface, for a while… until you stop….
what a triggering video for someone with ptsd to try and learn about cannabis and ptsd. thanks for the waste of time lol
Why does weed make me paranoid as shit and robotic? I can't stand the shit.
When I was 12 years old people broke into my house and held knifes up to my throat three times making me beg for my life. Then in the same year I was shot at and made to clean the house under gun point until I had to run out of the house and run away from the kids. I use weed and it has helped me not kill myself. Since 12 years old I smoked weed and I never once harmed myself cause of weed. I also while being homeless got my skin burnt off me on purpose. Weed helps and it is a good drug for bad ptsd.
Mindfulness has helped me. Try the book "30 Days to Reduce Stress" by Harper Daniels. It's an easy read workbook. On amazon.
Cannabis is the cure for ptsd and to find a safer alternative
I have ptsd its work for me

As a Medical Cannabis Technician with CPTSD and Dissociative Disorder cannabis is an actual treatment for me. Sadly, as every other medication is not for everyone. The key for me and some of my patients are the dosages, compounds, the strains and even the products (edibles, tintures, capsules, concentrates). On the other hand, is not a option to smoke the flower for these patients or any other condition since you are wasting the medical compounds but in cases of PTSD they must use a vaporizer on low temperature but most important stay away from euphoric terpenes like “Pinene” and high levels of THC or CBN instead use a high dose of CBD (non psychoactive) or CBG since the psychoactive effects will not be a trigger for flashbacks or intrusive thoughts and more calming terpenes like “Linalool” or “Myrcene”. Cannabis as treatment can be very hard at first for PTSD or any other mental illness but with the correct knowledge most patients can see improvements. If they are assuming that all cannabis is the same and the dosage is not a part of their treatment it can be a bad experience.
